钙调神经磷酸酶在高血压心肌肥厚中的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨钙调神经磷酸酶(calcineurin,CaN)在高血压心肌肥厚中的作用,并测定其在高血压心肌肥厚大鼠中的表达。方法:SD雄性大鼠,随机分为3组,手术组、假手术组及对照组。手术组采用不完全结扎腹主动脉方法建立高血压心肌肥厚模型。5周后提取大鼠左室心肌蛋白并定量,western-blot法测定Calcineurin蛋白表达水平。结果:术后5周,手术组、假手术组、对照组大鼠体重相似,手术组心肌细胞平均直径比假手术组及对照组显著增高(P<0.01),术后5周CaN蛋白表达手术组是对照组的1.62倍。结论:心肌肥厚大鼠CaN的蛋白表达明显增高,CaN参与了心肌肥厚的发病过程。Objective：To investigate the function of calcineurin and the expression in hypertrophic myocardium.Methods：SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly,operation group,the cardiac hypertrophy models were set up by incomplete constriction of abdominal aorta,the sham operation group and the control group.The parthology methods were used to prove the formation of cardic hypertrophy western-blot was used to detect CaN.Results：The average diameter of myocardium cell of the operation group were higher than that of the sham operation group and the control group in five days after operation（P0.01）.The expression of the CaN of the operation group were 1.62 times higher than that of the control group （P0.01）,no obvious difference between the sham operation group and the control group.Conclusion：The CaN expression in cardiac hypertrophy shows obvious increase,and it is involved in the pathogenesis of cardiac hypertrophy.
