摘　　要：中老两国的教师教育同其他许多国家一样,教师要获得相关的教师资格认可必须要通过正规的教育并通过教师继续教育来更新他们的知识。两国教师的职前教育有一定的培训年限与课程,这些培训课程是使得一个准教师成为合格教师并取得相应资格的必需课程。教师的职前教育基本上是在师范大学或者学院中展开,属于高等教育机构中的一种。在职教育或者是教师专业发展教育,主要是针对教师工作需要而开设的。Teacher training in China and in Laos are the same as in other countries,in order to get certification,teachers have to receive formal education and continue education to update their knowledge.In pre-service training,teachers in these two countries have to learn several years of courses,which are necessary to get the certification of teachers.Pre-service training is mostly carried out in normal schools and after-service training aims to improve teachers＇teaching skills.
