血清LDH和β_2-MG检测在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)检测在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析87例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的血清LDH和β2-MG水平,了解其与临床诊断、分期及治疗效果的关系。结果非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清LDH和β2-MG水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期,无全身症状组(A组)与有全身症状组(B组),无骨髓浸润组与有骨髓浸润组相比,后者血清LDH和β2-MG水平明显高于前者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血清LDH和β2-MG水平高的患者对治疗的反应性降低,预后不良。结论血清LDH和β2-MG检测可作为非霍奇金淋巴瘤诊断、分期、疗效评估和预后的辅助指标。Objective To study the clinical significance of serum lactic dehydrogenese（LDH） and beta-2 microglobulin（β2-MG） determination in non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）.Methods Detected the level of serum LDH andβ2-MG in 87 patients with NHL.Results The level of serum LDH andβ2-MG in NHL were obviously higher than those of the control group（P0.01）.All samples are classified into phase Ⅰ-Ⅱ or phase Ⅲ-Ⅳ,group A or group B and without or with NHL cells in bone marrow accordingly for comparison purpose.It is found that the level of LDH andβ2-MG for all patients in the later category of the comparison pair mentioned above are obviously higher than that in their comparison counterpart and the difference is of significance（P0.05）.The patients of elevated levels in LDH andβ2-MG had less sensitivity to the treatment.Conclusion The level of serum LDH andβ2-MG can be taked as an auxiliary clinical index to diagnose,classify the phase,with or without NHL cells in bone marrow,evaluation the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the NHL patients,and have important clinical significance.
