摘 要:目的观察8周太极拳锻炼活动对老年人睡眠行为评估指标影响。方法 43例老年志愿者参加了"太极拳锻炼活动",每次30min,每周至少5次,8周为1个疗程。39例同龄、同性别未参加锻炼者为对照组。两组对象入选后当日和8周时分别接受了匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)评估。结果两组对象首次PSQI问卷评估各项得分和PSQI总分分布接近(P>0.05),8周后锻炼组的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能和PSQI总分均明显低于首次检查和对照组同期结果(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 "8周太极拳锻炼活动"可明显改善老年人各项睡眠行为指标。Objective To observe the influence of 8-week shadowboxing exercise on the indexes for evaluating sleep behavior in elderly people.Methods Forty-three elderly volunteers took part in the "shadowboxing exercise",30 minutes for one time,at least five times a week and 8 weeks as a course.Thirty-nine physical exercisers of the same ages and the same sexes were selected as the control group.All the subjects in both groups were evaluated by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)questionnaire on the day of enrollment and at 8 weeks respectively.Results There were no significant differences in the item scores and total score of PSQI between the two groups in the first evaluation(P〉0.05).After 8 weeks,the scores of sleep quality,time of falling asleep,sleeping time,sleeping efficiency,sleeping disorder,soporifics and daytime functions and the total score of PSQI in the exercise group were all obviously lower than those in the first evaluation and those in the control group at the same period(P〈 0.01o r P〈0.05).Conclusion "8-week shadowboxing exercise" can obviously improve the various indexes of sleep behavior in elderly people.
