摘 要:目的:比较PBL与LBL教学法在手术室临床护理教学中的应用。方法:将124名本科护生随机分成PBL教学组和LBL教学组各62名,两组均实施理论和实践出科考试,进行教学效果比较。结果:两组护生的出科理论考试合格人数无明显差异(P>0.05),PBL教学护生出科实践考试合格人数高于LBL教学,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL提高了护生学习的积极性和自学能力,提升了护生的实践工作能力,培养了护生的团队精神。Objective:To compare the application of problem-based learning(PBL)and lecture-based learning(LBL)in clinical nursing teaching in operating room.Methods:One hundred twenty-four nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups,each group has sixty-two students.One group was taught with PBL,and the other was taught with LBL.All students must be tested used theoretical and practice examination after clinical nursing in operating room.Then the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no difference(P〉0.05)in the theoretical examination between the PBL and the LBL.The number of qualified student with the practice test in the PBL group was higher than that in the LBL group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The PBL promote learning activeness,self-study capability,practice working capability of nursing undergraduate and train their team spirit.
