局部旁路漏电对太阳电池结特性的影响

摘　　要：分析了太阳电池局部漏电现象。In this paper the reason of local shunt current reducing the efficiency of the solar cell were analyzed.The results of the experiment indicate that the efficiency of the solar cell reduces with the location of the local shunt current closing the grid and reduces with the increasing of the shunt current.
