摘 要:介绍了通过改进进气系统和燃烧系统,提高2190T天然气发动机性能的研究结果。为了解决2190T天然气发动机两缸工作不均匀的问题,研究成功了稳压进气管,从而有效地消除了两缸空燃比和排气温度差异过大的缺陷。为提高整机性能,解决2190T天然气发动机燃烧速度低,后燃严重和排气温度过高等问题,研究成功了新型两级点火燃烧系统,大大提高了燃烧速度,从而显著地改善了发动机的动力性、燃料经济性和排放指标。新型两级点火燃烧系统,结构简单,工作可靠,维修方便,便于推广应用。This paper reports the results of a study on the 2190T natural gas engine by modifying the inlet and combustion system.In order to solve the problem of ununiform work of the two cylinders,a new pressure stabilized inlet duct was developed.Experimental results show that the difference of the air fuel ratio between the two cylinders was decreased effectively.In order to improve the engine performance,a two stage ignition,named TSI,combustion system was developed by the authors.By using the TSI combustion system,the combustion rate of the 2190T natural gas engine was increased,and the output,thermal efficiency and exhaust emission of the engine were improved apparently.The new TSI combustion system has a simple structure and works reliably.
