摘 要:设计了"三顶三拉"的大口径光学二维角度调整机构,并探讨支承分布方式对基于三点支承调平机构的调整性能、抗倾覆能力和抗变形能力的影响,为机构设计提供了理论依据。分别建立了调平机构的几何模型、力学模型和优化模型。推导了支承调整量对平板二维倾角的贡献值,通过比较证明支承呈对称分布的调平机构更易达到快速调平的目的。介绍一种抗倾覆几何测度的概念,从中给出支承呈任意三角形分布的调平机构抗倾覆几何测度公式,并给出了对称分布调平机构的抗倾覆几何测度解析解。通过ANSYS优化模块对前内环的支承位置进行优化,得到最优的支承跨距。In this paper,the "three-push and three-pull" leveling mechanism is designed as an optical 2-D angle adjustment mechanism with large-aperture. The effect of the support distribution on the adjustment performance,anti overturning ability and anti-deformation capability of the leveling mechanism based on three supports is studied,which provides the theoretical founclation for mechanical design. The geometric,the mechanical and the optimizational models are respectively built. The contributed value that each support's adjustment amount gives to the 2-D inclination angle is deduced. Compared to the non-symmetric style,it is verified that the symmetric distribution is good to satisfy the goal of rapid leveling. In addition,the concept of anti-overturning distance is proposed. The formula for arbitrary triangle distribution of leveling mechanism's anti-overturning distance is derived and the analytical solutions of symmetric distribution cases are given. In the end,the front-flat is calculated by ANSYS and the optimized supports' span lengths are acquired.
