摘 要:碎米率是检测大米加工质量的重要指标,在利用机器视觉技术进行碎米率的检测中,大米籽粒连接是不可避免的。为此,提出了一种基于腐蚀、膨胀算法的碎米检测方法,可在籽粒连接的情况下,准确判断出样本中存在的碎米,得出碎米率。试验结果表明,在碎米含量不同和籽粒间连接程度不同的情况下,此检测算法均可达到较高的检测精度,且稳定性好。Detecting broken rice with machine vision is being encouraged by concern over improving the quality of rice sale and storage.Touching rice grain is an important problem in broken rice detecting.A novel method for broken rice detection with touching rice grain based on erosion and dilation process is proposed.It can accurately determine the existence of the broken rice in the samples and obtain the rate of broken rice.The experimental results showed that in the state of different rate of broken rice and the connection between the rice grain,the novel method can achieve higher detection accuracy,and good stability.
