摘　　要：目的观察派丽奥复合明胶海绵治疗干槽症的临床疗效。方法将干槽症患者随机分为2组,实验组应用派丽奥复合明胶海绵填塞治疗30例,对照组应用碘仿纱条填塞治疗28例,随访比较其疗效。结果实验结果Kruskal-Wallis检验法检验,P<0.05,2组疗效程度有显著性差异,实验组治疗效果好于对照组。结论派丽奥复合明胶海绵治疗干槽症疗效显著,是治疗干槽症较好的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the minocycline hydrochloride ointment/absorbable gelatin sponge in treatment of dry socket.Methods All subjects were divided into two groups by random,test group and control group.30 cases were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment/absorbable gelatin sponge in the tooth socket only once after debridement,28 cases were placed iodoform as control.Results There were significant difference in the effect of two treatment.The proportion of the evaluation level as better in the experiment group was higher than that in the control.Conclusion The minocycline hydrochloride ointment/absorbable gelatin sponge could relieve pain and promote wound cure.
