适合基层医院的硬核白内障非超乳小切口囊外摘除术

摘　　要：目的通过对非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗硬核白内障的临床分析,探讨在基层医院适用于硬核白内障的手术方式。方法对实施手术的290只眼（均为Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级及Ⅴ级核）进行回顾性分析。分析手术方式的适宜性、治疗效果及并发症情况。结果术后视力恢复好,手术方法简单,术中术后并发症少。结论非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗硬核白内障是有效的,适合在基层医院开展。Objective Non-phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for hard nucleus cataract clinical analysis of the basic hospital for the hard nuclear cataract surgery.Methods The implementation of the operation of the 290 eyes（all level Ⅲ、Ⅳ and Ⅴ grade nucleus） are retrospectively analyzed Analysis of the appropriateness of surgical procedure,treatment and complications.Results The postoperative vision,surgery is simple and less postoperative complications.Conclusion Non-phacoemulsification small incision extracapsular cataract extraction（ECCE） and intraocular lens implantation for hard nucleus cataract is effective for the basic hospital.
