摘  要:研究了一种通过特殊活塞顶面形状结合复合供油系统,解决直喷式汽油机冷起动排放问题的新方法,采用三维CFD数值模拟,探讨了该方法对直喷式汽油机冷起动工况下缸内气流运动和油气混合状态的影响。结果表明,采用特殊活塞顶面形状对气流进行合理的壁面引导,同时结合复合供油系统,能够优化直喷式汽油机冷起动工况下缸内气流运动的形态和分布,促进缸内油气充分混合,改善气缸内空燃比分布,降低HC排放。In this paper,a new method to solve the cold-start emission problem for gasoline direct injection engine by combining the special shape of piston crown with the compound fuel supply system was studied.With the CFD numerical simulation,the influence of this method on the air flow and the air-fuel mixture formation in cylinder of GDI engine under the cold-start condition was analyzed.The results showed that,by using the special shape of piston crown to guide the air flow reasonably and combining with the compound fuel supply system,the new method can optimize the formation and distribution of air flow in cylinder under the cold-start condition,promote fuel mixing with air,improve the distribution of air-fuel ratio and reduce the HC emission.
