城市停车场停车费率模糊控制器的研究

摘　　要：在对停车者停车选择行为研究分析的基础上,运用模糊理论构建了停车场停车费率的模糊控制器,并进行了实例研究与分析.相对于传统的恒定费率停车场管理,模糊控制能对高峰期间拥挤的停车需求进行平抑,同时具有准确控制、智能化和可执行的特点.Based on the research and analysis of drivers＇ selective behaviors in parking lots,a fuzzy controller for fee rates in parking lots was proposed by the fuzzy theory and then used in practice.Compared with the traditional a flat fee management in parking lots,the fuzzy controller with charateristics of conducting intelligent,accurate and feasible controlling can be used to decrease congestion demands during the peak parking.
