摘  要:对矿用车辆油气悬架系统进行运行工况下的测试及分析。分别在悬架缸上、下侧布置4路加速度传感器,在悬架缸活塞腔设置2路压力传感器,通过加速度传感器以及FFT-DDI技术得到悬架缸的位移时程曲线,通过压力传感器得到车辆负载的变化,并实测悬架系统的位移特性。结果表明,油气悬架刚度具有明显的非线性,在随机路面激励的作用下,刚度随负载的变化幅度并不大,车身高度随负载的变化很小,可极大地提高车辆的通过性能。In order to study effects of dynamic load change on whole capability of mine vehicle,a hydro-pneumatic suspension system in operating conditions were tested and analyzed.Four accelerometers were fixed to the upside-underside of hydro-pneumatic cylinder,and two pressure sensors were fixed to the piston cavity,respectively.The displacement curves were obtained by accelerometer and fast Fourier transform (FFT)-direct digital integration (DDI),and the load fluctuation of the vehicle were obtained through pressure sensors.The displacement characteristics of actual hydro-pneumatic suspension system were tested.The results show that stiffness of suspension system has obviously nonlinear features.Excited randomly by road surfaces,change amplitude of stiffness with the excitation load is moderate,and change of bodywork's height with the load is small.
