摘 要:通过特种产品跑车试验确定了运输振动谱的测试条件和方法。利用数据采集系统得到不同速度、不同测点的振动数据,经处理和归纳,形成了在实验室可再现的三向振动加速度功率谱密度曲线。与《军用物资运输环境条件》(GJB3493)中振动试验加速度谱密度曲线的比较后认为,该谱型既与国军标、美军标中规定的随机振动谱型近似,又更符合实际条件,故可作为特种产品及其他军用物资试验室模拟运输的试验条件。In order to obtain a vibration spectrum agreeing with the real environments and conditions,the test conditions and test methods of transport vibration spectrums of special products were determined according to the relevant requirements of the national army standards.A set of vibration acceleration power spectral density curves in three directions at different speeds and different points were obtained through the vibration data acquisition,analysis,processing and inducing.These spectra can be reproduced in the laboratory and used for accelerated simulation test of special product transport.Compared with the vibration acceleration spectrum density curves in the U.S.military standard MIL-STD-810F and China national military standard GJB-3493,these spectra are very similar to the random vibration spectra specified in the two military standards.The results show that the spectra determined by this paper are better suitable for the practical conditions.
