摘  要:网棚内,采用无土栽培模式,研究了不同废弃物混合基质与脱毒马铃薯生长发育和经济效益间的关系,结果表明:粗沙、牛粪、糠醛渣、菇渣、锯末屑按体积比0.3:0.1:0.2:0.2:0.2配制的混合基质符合脱毒马铃薯原原种生长发育规律,与单采用蛭石(CK)相比,脱毒马铃薯原原种株高、茎粗、叶片数、根系长分别增加了2.98cm,0.16cm,2.16片,0.59cm;存活率、单株粒质量、单粒质量、单株粒数、繁殖效率分别增加了15.30%,8.15g/株,1.72g,0.47粒/株,156.51粒/m2;产值、利润、投资效率分别增加了46.95元/m2,113.36元/m2,16.62元/元。处理间差异显著性经LSR检验达到显著和极显著水平。The net shed,using soilless culture model to study the mixing of different waste matrix and virus-free potato growth,development and economic benefits of the relationship between the results show that:grit,dung,furfural residue,mushroom residue,sawdust litter volume ratio 0.30:0.10:0.20:0.20:0.20 prepared by mixing matrix consistent with virusfree potato original seed growth and development of the law,and vermiculite(CK) compared to virus-free potato original seed plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,root length increased by 2.98 cm,0.16 cm,2.16 pieces,0.59 cm;survival rate,grain weight per plant,single grain weight,grains per plant,reproductive efficiency increased by 15.30%,8.15 g/strains,1.72 g,0.47/plant,156.51/m2;output value,profits,investment efficiency has increased by 46.95 yuan/m2,113.36 Yuan/m2,16.62 yuan/yuan.Dealing with significant differences between the test by the LSR to achieve significant and very significant level.
