摘　　要：目的探讨钼靶引导下穿刺活检在乳腺隐匿性病变的诊断价值。方法对32例临床触诊阴性而钼靶显示结节或微钙化的乳腺病灶行粗针穿刺活检。结果 32例病灶中,恶性病变5例,导管内乳头状瘤3例,乳腺腺病12例,腺病伴非典型增生3例,纤维腺瘤9例。结论钼靶引导下粗针穿刺活检是诊断乳腺隐匿性病变安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of mammography-guided core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of non-palpable breast lesions.Methods 32 breast lesions were punctured used core needle biopsy device under mammography guidance.Results The pathological results were found including 5 malignant lesions and 27 benign lesions.All patients had been followed up for 12 months,no breast carcinoma was misdignosis.Conclusion Mammography-guided core needle biopsy is suitable in the diagnosis of non-palpable breast lesions,with the safe,effective and accurate location.
