ER.PR.c-erbB-2和P53基因在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨496例乳腺癌手术病例标本中ER.PR.c-erbB-2和P53基因在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测496例浸润性乳腺癌手术标本中ER.PR.c-erbB-2.P53基因的表达。结果浸润性乳腺癌淋巴结转移组c-erbB-2.P53基因的阳性高于未转移组,ER.PR阳性表达低于未转移组,c-erbB-2.P53基因阳性在I级。II级和III级之间呈明显上升趋势。结论 ER.PR阴性的病人伴随较高的c-rebB-2.P53基因阳性表达,在浸润性乳腺癌中预后较差。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the gene er.pr.c-erbB-2.p53 ininfiltrating breast cancer of 496 operation specimens.Methods The expressin of the ER.PR.c-erbB-2.P53 was detected by using immuohistochemical SP method in 496 cases of breast cancer.Results The positive expression of the c-erbB-2.p53 in the group of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without metastasis.The positive expression of the ER.PR in the group with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without metastasis.The positive expression of the c-erbB-2.p53 in I.II.III geade presents a significantly trend of rising.Conclusion The breast cancer patients with negative expression of the ER.PR and higher positive expression of the CerB-2.P53 had a poorer prognosis.
