摘　　要：目的研究多次睡眠潜伏期试验(multiplesleeplatencytestMSLT)方法和操作步骤。方法应用多导睡眠图(PSG)进行多次睡眠潜伏期试验,分析多次试验的睡眠次数、睡眠潜伏期和REM出现次数。结果该方法取得了较好的临床应用效果。结论 MSLT对发作性睡病的诊断和有白天嗜睡主诉的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、原发性嗜睡症和睡眠中周期性腿动等疾病的鉴别诊断具有重要参考价值。Objective To study the test method and operating process of multiple sleep latency test（MSLT）.Methods The study on multiple sleep latency test（MSLT） of ploysomnography（PSG） was car-ried on and sleep latency,sleep times and rapid eye movement periods frequencies were analysed.Results The applied effect of the MSLT was satisfactory.Conclusion The MSLT might be of important value in diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of narcolepsy and OSAS and Idiopathic lethargy and periodical leg movement.
