摘　　要：近年来国内银行卡产业发展迅速,广东珠三角地区是目前国内最成熟的银行卡市场之一,但银行卡犯罪情况也越来越突出,发案数量呈逐年增长的趋势。为此,应采取加强技术防范、规范银行发卡行为、加强广告管理、建立共享合作机制和快速反应机制、完善相关立法等措施,以有效防控银行卡犯罪。With bank card industry developing fast in our country in recent years,Guangdong Pearl River Delta has become one of mature markets,but bank card-related crime has become serious and tends to increase year by year.Therefore,technical preventive measures should be taken to regulate the work of banks＇ issuing cards,to better manage advertisings,to establish jointly cooperative and fast responding mechanisms,to perfect related legislation and so on in order to control this crime.
