摘　　要：从我国志愿者现状以及NGO参与志愿者管理的特殊性入手,揭示了大型运动会志愿者管理的特征与价值;结合我国NGO志愿者管理的现状,思考了NGO参与大型运动会管理志愿者的优势;探讨了NGO参与大型运动会志愿者管理的过程,主要包括NGO参与大型运动会志愿者的招募、培训、配置、激励、评估、遣散,以期为我国NGO参与大型运动会志愿者的管理提供理论基础与现实依据。The research start of the volunteers from China＇s current situation and NGO participation in the management of Particularity,Combined in China＇s current situation of NGO organizations with the management of volunteers,thinking of the advantages of its management,and discusses the management of volunteers.With a view to China＇s large NGO participation in the Games volunteer management training to provide a theoretical basis and practical basis.
