摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定护肝宁胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:C18-ODS反相柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄素进样量在0.084～1.680μg范围内线性关系良好(回归方程Y=28370814.58X-319514.0751,相关系数r=0.99996)。结论:所建方法可行,专属性、重复性好,可用于护肝宁胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a determination of Emodin in Huganning capsuLes.Methods：Kro-masil-C18 colum（4.6mm×250mm. 5μm） was choosen,The methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid（gradient） was used as the mobile phase,the velocity of flow was at 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 254nm.ResμLts：It was a good linearity within the range of 0.084～1.68μg（the linear equation was Y=28370814.58X-319514.0751,r=0.99996） .Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Huganning capsuLes.
