摘  要:天然气汽车专用装置的安全性和可靠性对天然气汽车的推广应用和天然气汽车产业的可持续发展有着重要影响,而目前对这方面的研究较少,已有部分用户反映CNG汽车专用装置的可靠性偏低,存在安全隐患。为此,对典型车型配装的国产CNG汽车专用装置进行了安全性、可靠性试验。试验道路以城市的城郊道路为主,路面主要为沥青和水泥路面,按每车5×104km的实际使用工况,参照QC/T 900《汽车整车产品质量检验评定方法》对CNG汽车专用装置的故障进行了分类判别,结合GB/T 12678《汽车可靠性行驶试验方法》的指标体系及相应计算方法对专用装置的可靠性进行了评价及等级评定。评定结果表明:试验车配装的国产CNG汽车专用装置的可靠性偏低,亟待改进。Both safety and reliability of special devices for natural gas vehicles are of great significance to the wide application of natural gas vehicles and the sustainable development of this industry.However,there is lack of the related studies on this subject.Some customers have complained of the low reliability of the specially used devices for CNG vehicles and some hidden dangers have even made them worried a lot.Therefore,an experimental study was made on the safety and reliability of three types of China-made devices for typical CNG vehicles like Santana SVW7180CEI automobiles.The testing roads are primarily suburban asphalt and cement roads,and all the reliability running tests of 50000 km are under practical working conditions.By referring to the QC/T 900 Production Quality Evaluation Method for Entire Automobiles,the malfunctions of natural gas isolated devices have been classified and analyzed,by using the index system of GB/T 12678 Reliability Running Test Method for Automobiles and the corresponding calculating methods,the reliability of natural gas isolated devices have been evaluated.The result of evaluation shows that the reliability of the tested automobiles with domestic natural gas isolated devices has to be enhanced.This study will be of some value in reference for the safe and healthy development of CNG vehicles in China.
