摘  要:CI测度研究开始于20世纪90年代初,国外学者对测度的范围与深度、测度维度进行较深入的讨论,先后提出多种测度方法,由于面临一些难以解决的问题,这些方法至今未得到普遍认同和广泛应用。尽管如此,国外学者的研究有许多启示:研究需要密切联系实际,强调方法的提出与改进的持续性,增强响应与认同,批判与继承,注意CI测度方法与企业其他部门的测度评价方法的兼容性。CI测度的需要是多方面的,根据不同需要提出不同的测度方法是今后研究的突破口。The research of measuring CI began in the early 90s of last century. Foreign scholars deeply discuss the scope and depth, dimensions of CI measure, and make a variety of measurement methods. In the face of some difficult issues, such methods have not been universally accepted and widely used. However, foreign researches remains to inspire us. Our researches need closer to reality, stress method proposed and improved continuity, enhance the response and identity, criticize and inheritance, note the compatibility of CI measurement methods and the evaluation methods of other departments of enterprises. The need of measuring CI to be multifaceted, and that propose different measuring methods according to different needs is a breakthrough in future research.
