摘　　要：企业的技术创新过程是对创新信息的利用开发过程,基于不同的创新信息生态位,企业具有不同的技术创新能力。在分析创新信息生态位内涵的基础上提出基于创新信息生态位的企业技术创新能力构成模型,最后探讨企业创新信息生态位到技术创新能力的传导机理。The process of technological innovation of enterprises is the process of the use and development of innovation information. Enterprises have various innovation capability based on different innovation information niche. The paper first analyses the contents of enterprise innovation information niche and then puts forward a formation model of technological innovation capability on the basis of in- novation information niche. Finally it makes a study of the transmission mechanism from enterprise innovation information niche to technological innovation capability.
