摘　　要：刨花板生产中出现的“松边”问题对其成品质量、等级均产生极大影响，直接关系到企业的经济效益。通过对刨花板生产中刨花原料的选定、刨花含水率、施胶量、投料量、热压参数的确定及锯边几个主要工序进行技术攻关，从根本上解决了“松边”问题。loose eclge was a question in partical board production which made great effection on the quality and grad of the products and also on the economic benefic of the emperiments.In this paper,through an improvement on raw meterial selecting,moisture content,resin added input,hot pressing data and main processes of triamming,the question of loose edge has been resolved fundamentally for all.
