摘 要:分析了战役供应保障网络优化设计问题的特征,建立了以及时保障的资源对战役任务的支撑能力最大为目标的多物资2级设施选址———运输模型,模型综合考虑了保障设施的容量、设施处可组织使用的运力约束、装备保障的时效性要求以及多种保障模式并存的特性,提出了基于禁忌搜索算法和ILOGCPLEX的模型启发式求解框架.仿真示例验证了模型的正确性.The characteristics of the combat logistics network optimal design problem was analyzed firstly.And then a multi-commodity two-stage capacitated facility location-transportation model was proposed,in which the capacities limitation of the facilities,the transportation capability at the facilities,and support time requirements of different resources at different need points,and the multi-modal network flows were taken into account.The objective of the model was to maximize the support of the resources arrived timely to the combat.Then a solution approach based on Tabu Search algorithm and ILOG CPLEX was introduced.The computational results demonstrated the effectiveness of the model.
