摘 要:根据行波超声波电动机的驱动原理,基于直接数字频率合成技术和移相控制技术研制了可以调频、调相和调幅的超声电源。最后经过实验验证表明:驱动频率范围15~150kHz,频率分辨率为0.1Hz;相位差调节范围0°~360°,相位分辨率0.18°;占空比控制范围0~100%。该电源能够提高超声波电动机工作质量,也为超声波电动机的精确控制提供保证。Direct digital synthesis (DDS) and phase shifted control are both new technologies developed in recent years. Based on these technologies, a new driving power of ultrasonic motors (USMs) was made according to the driving theory of USMs. Experimental results show that frequency can be adjusted from 15 to 150 kHz,and the frequency resolution is O. 1 Hz;that phase difference can be adjusted from 0° to 360° and phase resolution is 0. 18° ,and that the duty cycle con- trol can be from 0 to 100%. This new type driving power can promote the working quality of USMs,and can be used in the precise USM control.
