摘　　要：新台糖１６号的糖分性状优良，早熟高糖特征明显，平均蔗糖分和１１月份蔗糖分明显高于新台糖１０号和粤糖６３—２３７。成熟后期蔗糖分不易下降。新台糖１６号的蔗汁重力纯度高，蔗汁还原糖分低。Sugarcane variety ROC 16 had the excellent characters of prematurity and high sugar content. The average sugar content and sugar content at November were remarkbly higher than that of ROC 10 and Yuetang 63-237. At the end of crushing season, the sugar content still kept high and was not easy to draw down. The gravity purity was high and the reducing sugar content was low. The fiber content of cane was almost the same as that of ROC 10.
