消极吻合技术在下颌前牙种植修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨种植修复消极吻合的重要性。方法:32例下颌前牙缺失骨量不足患者种植85颗种植体,取模,制作金属基底冠桥,分开其连接处,试戴就位,分开处在口内以成型塑料连接,重新二次印模,激光焊接,再试基底冠桥,检查其颈部密合性和翘动情况,制作烤瓷牙,粘固固位种植修复体,定期牙周维护。分别于种植修复后3、6、12月临床检查修复体稳定性与牙龈情况,X线检查种植体-骨界面与牙槽嵴情况。结果:种植修复成功31例,失败1例。结论:消极吻合是保证口腔种植修复成功的要素之一。Objective：To evaluate the effects of the passive fit protocol in the mandible anterior implantsupported prostheses.Methods：85 implants were consecutively placed in 32 patients following a nonsubmerged surgical protocol.3-unit implant-supported fixed partial dentures were cast as one-piece and evaluated for passive fitting in an optical microscope.All frameworks were then sectioned in the diagonal axis at the pontic region.Sectioned frameworks were positioned with pattern resin and laserwelded.Clinical and radiographic examinations were performed,the crestal level and interface implantbone were observed 3,6,12 months after dental implant prosthetics.Results：31 cases of implant supported prostheses were successful.One case of all was failure.Conclusion：Passive fit of implantsupported-prosthesis frameworks has been suggested as a prerequisite for successful long-term osseointegration
