摘 要:"核心部位"是肌肉发力的基础,其主要作用是稳定身体。稳定的核心是有效发挥人体生物力学功能的关键性因素,它能够使肌肉发力达到最大化并最大限度地减小关节负荷。核心力量训练对舞蹈演员提高表演水准、支配身体能力以及预防损伤等具有多重功效。本文主要介绍了核心稳定、核心稳定训练理论及其对舞蹈"中段"训练的重要意义,以期为舞蹈专业训练和研究提供依据,建立新的教学训练理念。The core part of body, from which muscles produce force, serves to stabilize the body. Core stability is a key factor for effective funetion of human biomechanics. It may maximize the muscle force as well as minimize the joint burden. Training of core strength plays a number of important roles in improving dancer' s dance performances, physical control and injury prevention. This essay introduces the concept of core stability, its theory, and its significance in training of "the middle part of the body", in the hoped of providing references for dance training and research as well as establishing a new philosophy of teaching and training in dance.
