摘　　要：综合运用计量管理、目标管理、能级管理、信息管理四大管理方法可以大大提高图书馆管理水平,使图书馆在信息网络化时代发挥应有的作用。By means of four management methods,including metrological management,objectives management,class management and information management,the level of the library management was improved for playing its role in the network information age.
