双荷包端端吻合技术在直肠癌低位保肛手术中的腐用

摘　　要：目的：探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术中双荷包结直肠吻合（端端）技术的操作方法及可行性.方法：采用国产管型一次性吻合器行双荷包端端吻合低位保肛手术治疗临床早、中期低位直肠癌患者47例.结果：术后发生吻合口漏的病例4例（8.51%）,直肠阴道瘘1例（2.12%）,均治愈.2 a局部复发率8.51%（4/47）,两年生存率91.49%（43/47）.结论：双荷包结直肠端端吻合技术应用于低位直肠癌保肛手术中,方法简便、可靠,是可行的.Objective：To explore the treatment and feasibility of double pouch anastomosis （end to end ） in sphincter preservation procedure for low rectal cancer. Methods ： Cfinical data in 47 cases of lower rectal carcinoma performed sphincter- preserving operation with double pouch （end to end ） anastomosis were retrospectively analyzed in our department. Results ： After operation , auastomotic leaked in 4 cases （4/47） , rectus - vagina fistula occurred in 1 case （4/47） , the 2 - year local recurrence rate was 8.51% （4/47）, the 2 - year survival rate was 91.49% （43/47）. Conclusions：The implementation of double pouch anastomosis （ end to end ） in sphincter preservation procedure for low rectal cancer is feasible.
