81例不良喂养姿势致婴幼儿功能性反的矫治疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不良喂养姿势与婴幼儿功能性反的关系,为儿童保健和临床矫治提供参考。方法选取2002-09～2009-06在门诊接诊的81例8 M～2.5 Y因不良喂养姿势致婴幼儿功能性反的病例,给予矫治干预。结果所有病例经3W～2M的矫治干预,均取得了反(牙合)解除的效果,观察6 M～6.5Y以上时间,反未见复发。结论因不良喂养姿势致婴幼儿功能性反的病例经早期矫治干预,可取得较好的解除反的效果。应重视喂养姿势对婴幼儿口颌功能及发育的影响。Objective To observe the clincal effect of early orthodontic therapy in 81 infants and children with funetional erossbite caused by poor feeding posture. Methods From 2002 September to 2009 June, 81 infants and children with functional erossbite caused by poor fooding posture, between the age 8 months and 2.5 years, were given early orthodontie therapy in the outpatient department. Results All cases obtained effeet during 3 weeks - 2 months of early orthodontic intervention. Between 6 months and 6.5 years or more of observtion, no erossbite reeurrenee. Conclusion The early orthodontic therapy in the infant and children with functional erossbite caused by poor feeding posture is effeetive. Furthermore, attention should be paid to the impact of feeding posture on the stomatognathie function and body development of the infant and children.
