摘　　要：树立和践行社会主义核心价值体系,是中共十六届六中全会首次提出,中共十七大、十七届四中全会作了精辟阐述和全面部署。民主党派作为参政党,在树立和践行社会主义核心价值体系的活动中,应全面深刻理解"核心体系"的丰富内涵,掌握"灵魂"、"主题"、"精髓"、"基础"之间的关系;突出"两个坚持",即坚持中国共产党的领导,坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路;实现"三个充分",即充分发挥民主党派各级领导班子的表率作用,充分发挥民主党派成员中人文社科领域专家学者的引领作用以及充分发挥形式多样、寓教于乐的自我教育作用。Adoption and implementation of socialist core value system was first put forward in the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CCP and was brilliantly expounded in the 17th CCP and in the 4th Plenary Session of the 17th CCP.In the process of adoption and implementation of socialist core value system,the non - Communist Parties as other political parties should fully understand its definition and hold the relation between such terms as ＂Soul＂,＂Subject＂,＂Essence＂ and ＂Fundamental＂.Besides,＂Two Adherences＂ should be stressed,namely,adhering to the leadership of CCP and the political road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Moreover,＂Three Full Plays＂ should be practiced,namely,bringing the good examples of leaders in each level into full play,bringing the orientation of the members as experts in humanity science into full play and bringing the self - education of diversity into full play.
