摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)评估急性胰腺炎病情的价值。方法制作大鼠急性水肿型胰腺炎与急性坏死型胰腺炎模型。30只SD大鼠随机分均为三组:急性水肿型胰腺炎组、急性坏死型胰腺炎组和空白对照组。于造模后12h,检测大鼠血清TNF-α含量,并对其胰腺组织病理学评分。结果两个急性胰腺炎组血清TNF-α含量均较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.05);血清TNF-α含量与胰腺组织病理损害程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎病程中,血清TNF-α含量与胰腺炎胰腺组织病理损害程度呈正相关,可作为评估急性胰腺炎病情的重要指标。Objective To investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） in evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis.Methods SD rat models with acute edematous pancreatitis（AEP,10 rats） and acute necrotic pancreatitis（ANP,10 rats） were developed.Another 10 SD rats were taken as the sham operative controls.At 12 h after establishment of the models,serum TNF-α was detected and pancreatic histopathological scoring was carried out.Results Serum levels of TNF-α were higher in two kinds of pancreatitis groups than those in control group （P0.05）.Serum level of TNF-α was positively correlated with the pancreatic damage and pancreas histological scores（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum level of TNF-α is positively correlated with pathological severity of acute pancreatitis and plays an important role in evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis.
