摘 要:目的探讨三维容积超声在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法利用三维容积超声成像技术对33例膀胱肿瘤患者进行成像检查,对肿瘤病变部位建立不同切面的立体图像,分别从不同方向观察肿瘤病变部位的形态结构,与膀胱镜检查及手术后病理结果相对照。结果超声下33例膀胱肿瘤患者单发性肿瘤27例,多发性肿瘤6例,检出瘤体46个,肿瘤直径0.8~5.6 cm。手术检出瘤体47个,其中良性肿瘤2例,恶性肿瘤31例,三维容积超声检出与手术符合率为97.8%(46/47)。结论三维容积超声可清晰、直观立体地显示膀胱肿瘤的空间位置关系和形态,可以提高膀胱肿瘤术前诊断的准确性,有着二维超声无法比拟的优点,可以为制定手术治疗方案提供可靠的依据。Objective To explore the application of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of bladder tumors.Methods A total of 33 patients with bladder tumors were examined by three-dimensional ultrasonography.The three-dimensional images from different point of view of these tumors were obtained.The three-dimensional ultrasonography findings were then confirmed by pathology and cystoscope.Results In 33 patients with bladder tumors,46 tumors were detected.In these tumors,27 monopoly tumors and 6 mutiple tumors were detected.The average diameter was 0.8~5.6 cm.During the operation,2 malignant tumors and 31 beneign tumors were detected.The coincidence rate between three-dimensional ultrasonographic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 97.8%(46/47).Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography can be used more precisely to localize bladder tumors than two-dimensional ultrasonography does.It can demonstrate the spatial relation,shape of bladder tumors and it infiltrating to bladder wall.Therefore it can enhance the accuracy rate of diagnosis before operation.
