护生锐器盒安全性能认知及使用情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解护生对锐器盒安全性能的认知及使用情况,为开展系统性、针对性的职业防护教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对在临床已连续实习8个月的197名护生进行调查,内容包括护生对锐器盒安全性能的认知和使用锐器盒情况。结果护生锐器盒安全性能认知情况:仅有10.7%的护生知道锐器盒安全性能的内涵,11.2%知道锐器盒有可能诱发锐器伤,26.9%知道在使用前检查其完整密闭性,6.1%知道锐器盒适宜放置的位置,23.4%知道锐器装满锐器盒的3/4容积时关闭开口。护生使用锐器盒的依从性:操作后立即将锐器放入锐器盒内为(3.42±0.66)分,静脉输液、动静脉采血时使用备有锐器盒的治疗盘分别为(3.34±0.81)、(3.58±0.78)分,但拔针、更换输液瓶时使用备有锐器盒的治疗盘小于2分。结论护生对锐器盒的安全性能认识不足,使用锐器盒不规范及依从性差,应高度重视,并给予护生锐器盒的操作流程等职业防护培训,加强监督管理,提供足够的不同规格的锐器盒,以提高使用锐器盒的依从性,发挥锐器盒在减少锐器伤中的最佳效能。Objective To understand the safety and application of sharp instrument box for nursing students and to provide basis for systematic vocational protection education.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to obtain knowledge about the usage and safety of sharp instrument box among 197 nursing students.Results Only 10.7% students knew what was the safety of sharp instrument box while 11.2% knew it would induce sharp instrument injury and 26.9% knew checking its occlusion before usage.6.1% knew where to place sharp instrument box and 23.4% knew sharp instrument box should be closed once 3/4 of it was occupied.The score of nursing students’ compliance in the usage of sharp instrument box was relatively low.Conclusion Nursing students are without enough knowledge about the safety of sharp instrument box.Great importance should be attached to its usage training,monitoring and management so as to improve nursing students’ compliance of sharp instrument box usage.
