摘　　要：介绍采用PLC作为主控制器的双容水箱实验模型的设计、建模及监控界面的制作方法。该模型结构紧凑,实验现象直观,集液位、温度、流量3个热工参数于一体,为过程控制等相关课程提供一个较好的实验平台。This paper introduced the design and modeling method of two-tank experiment model system,which took PLC as the controller,also introduced the monitoring interface design technique.The model was compact and the experiment phenomena were intuitive.The system contained three thermal parameters,level,temperature and flow,which provided a good experimental platform for process control related courses.
