摘　　要：对某商用车进行ECER29法规正面摆锤冲击试验时出现的问题进行了分析,总结了驾驶室失效原因,并应用CAE工具分别对前悬置和近点驾驶室地板进行了结构优化。试制优化结构样件装配整车,进行了正面摆锤冲击试验。结果表明,前悬置支架未发生断裂现象,驾驶室与车架未发生脱离;地板变形得到了有效控制;乘员生存空间有较大的改善。The problems occurring during front pendulum impact test（ECE R29 Standard） for a commercial vehicle are analyzed,and the cause of failure of cab are summarized,and CAE is utilized to optimize structure of front mounting and cab floor.Structural sample parts are prototyped,optimized and mounted to vehicle and then a front pendulum impact test is performed.The test results validate that the front mounting support does not crack and the cab and frame are not separated;floor deformation is controlled effectively,whereas the living space for occupants is improved greatly.
