物元可拓法在烤烟感官质量评价中的应用

摘　　要：感官质量评价属于烤烟品质评价的重要方面。基于物元可拓理论,利用烤烟感官质量的等级及影响因子,构造经典域物元和节域物元,应用物元和可拓集合中的关联函数,建立烤烟感官质量的物元可拓评价模型,并对四川省6个主产烟区的烤烟感官质量进行了评价。结果表明,攀枝花、凉山、宜宾三市的烤烟感官质量均属于最高级别,其中以凉山的烤烟感官质量状况最优。评价结果与实际情况吻合良好,表明将物元可拓模型运用到烤烟感官质量评价中是合理可行的。Evaluation of sensory quality was an important aspect of flue-cured tobacco quality evaluation.Based on the theory of matter-element extension,using grades and influencing factors of sensory quality,matter-element mode of tobacco sensory quality was established by constructing classical field matter elements and segment field matter elements and using dependent function of matter-element extension.And the model was used to assess the sensory quality of six main tobacco producing areas in Sichuan province.The results showed that tobacco sensory quality of Pan Zhihua,Liangshan and Yibin were on the highest level,among which Liangshan was the best.Evaluation result was in good agreement with actualities,which showed that the application of matter-element mode in tobacco sensory quality evaluation was reasonable and feasible.
