降纤酶联合血栓通冻干粉针治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察早期应用降纤酶联合血栓通冻干粉针治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将146例发病6～72h内入院的急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组予复方丹参注射液静滴,治疗组予降纤酶及血栓通冻干粉针静滴;治疗2周后比较两组临床疗效及凝血功能指标水平。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;凝血功能指标及神经功能缺损均优于对照组。结论早期应用降纤酶联合血栓通冻干粉针治疗急性脑梗死疗效安全可靠。Objective： To observe the effect of the Fiber degrading enzyme plus Xueshuantong Injection on the acute cerebral infarction（ACI） in the early stage Methods： 146 cases suffered ACI within 6 to 72 hours were randomly divided into two groups.The control group with 50 patients was given Compound Danshen Injection.The treatment group with 58 patients was treated with fiber degrading enzyme plus Xueshuantong Injection.After 2 weeks,the clinical effect and the fibrinogen were observed in two groups.Results： These indices in the treatment group were superior to those of the control group.There were no obvious side effects in two groups.Conclusion： It is reliable and secure in application of fiber degrading enzyme plus Xueshuantong Injection in ACI in the early stage.
