摘  要:在某型高炮自动机的研究中,针对自动机发射控制的准确性,利用Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立自动机的虚拟样机模型,通过仿真结果与物理样机实测数据比较,证明所建虚拟样机的可信性。重点对自动机闩体系统的动力学特性进行了仿真分析,得到了满意的结果,并研究了结构参数变化对火炮性能的影响,证实了引入虚拟样机技术对高炮自动机进行研究分析的可行性和优越性,并为进一步的设计工作提供了依据。An automat virtual prototype was set up by the means of Pro/E and ADAMS software package with some antiaircraft gun automat as subject investigated.By comparison between simulation results and test data of physical prototype,it is validated that the virtual prototype is creditable.Moreover,dynamic simulation of the breech mechanism was specially made and satisfied results were obtained.Besides,the effect on the gun produced by the change of structural parameter was also studied.Thus the feasibility and superiority of introducing virtual prototyping technology into the research work of automat is proved and the base is established for further simulation work of automat.
