摘　　要：目的观察蒺藜提取物对小鼠损伤睾丸细胞凋亡的影响,探讨蒺藜对小鼠损伤睾丸的保护修复作用。方法健康雄性小鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组和给药组,每组10只;建立睾丸热损伤模型,给予治疗剂量的蒺藜提取物;TUNEL法检测凋亡细胞,激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察;电镜标本制备,透射电镜观察。结果模型组与对照组相比凋亡细胞明显增多,细胞结构改变;给药组与模型组相比凋亡细胞明显减少,细胞结构基本正常。结论蒺藜提取物对小鼠损伤睾丸具有保护修复作用。Objective To observe the effects of Tribulus terrestris extract on the apoptosis in damaged mouse testes and to explore the conservation and restoration of the damaged testis by Tribulus terrestris.Methods 30 healthy male mice were randomly divided into control group,model group and treated group with 10 mice each.The thermal injury model of the testis was established,which was then given Tribulus terrestris extract.Apoptosis was detected with TUNEL and observed with confocal laser scanning microscopy.Electron microscopic samples were prepared and observed with transmission electron microscopy.Results Compared with those of the control group,the rate of apoptosis increased obviously,and the structure of the cells changed in the model group.Compared with those of the model group,the rate of apoptosis decreased significantly and the structure of the cells was normal in the treated group.Conclusion Tribulus terrestris extract has conservative and restorative effects on the damaged testis in mice.
