改良自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座21例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的改良方法。方法:对21例21眼需行眼球摘除术的病例行眼球内容物剜除,并自体巩膜后开窗及前折叠包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座。结果:无1例发生羟基磷灰石义眼座裸露或脱出等并发症,义眼座活动良好。结论:自体巩膜后开窗及前折叠包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座是安全、可靠且有效的眼窝整形手术方法。AIM：To discuss the reformative operation for implanting the hydroxyapatite artificial eye. METHODS： Totally 21 patients underwent the hydroxyapatite orbital implant operation with the extraocular muscle and sclera. RESULTS： No complications such as exposure or emersion occurred, and the motility of artificial eye ball was excellent. CONCLUSION： The reformative operation is a safe, reliable and effective method for plastic operation of orbital cavity.
