隐形义齿在维持乳牙早失缺隙中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨用隐形义齿代替活动义齿维持乳牙早失缺隙的效果。方法拔除不能保留的乳牙残冠、残根,1周后,取上下印模,对乳牙已脱落的遗留间隙直接取印模,制作缺隙处隐形义齿,用隐形义齿维持乳牙早失的缺隙,直到后继恒牙萌出。结果 36例患者用隐形义齿缺隙保持器维持乳牙早失缺隙1～4年后,后继恒牙均顺利萌出,无缺隙变小,无牙伸长及牙列拥挤等现象出现。结论隐形义齿缺隙保持器,能有效地保持缺隙并恢复一定的后牙咀嚼功能,因制作方便、美观、体积小,而有助于患者佩戴。Objective To study the treatment of denture tooth replacing removable denture to maintain early loss of deciduour molars gap.Methods Extract the residual crown and root of the deciduous teeth that can not be retained,take upper and lower impression after 1 week,have direct access impression to the left gap of the shed deciduour molars,make denture tooth between the gap to maintain the early loss of deciduour molars gap until the eruption of succedding permanent teeth.Results After using the denture tooth of the space maintainer to maintain the early loss of deciduour molars gap for one to four years,the succedding permanent teeth of 36 patients all erupt successfully,without appearance of smaller gap,the elongation of the occlusal tooth and crowded dentition.Conclusion The denture tooth of the space maintainer can effectively maintain the gap and recover the chewing function of posterior tooth,it is useful for the patients to wear due to the convenience of production,the aesthetic viewing and the small size.
