摘　　要：通过回顾图书馆参考咨询服务的发展,分析了网络环境下复合型图书馆在参考咨询服务中的新特点,并结合利用IM软件提供实时参考咨询服务的优势,提出了医院复合型图书馆利用IM软件进行实时参考咨询服务的思路。By reviewing the development of library real-time reference consulting service,new characters of reference consulting service in compound library under the circumstance of network were analyzed.Combined with the advantages of IM software in real-time reference consulting,thoughts of developing real-time reference consulting with the help of IM software were presented
