摘　　要：根据实际勘测,经系统分析,综合评价,确定地面水环境保护功能区划分方案及相应的水质标准,并且提供了分析环境质量目标的意见.According to actually surveying, systematically analysing and syntheTicnlly assessing, the scheme of division into function district of the surface water - environmental protection and corresponding standerds have been laid down and the views of analysing environmental quality have been advanced.
