摘 要:采用美国环保局(API)标准中推荐的钻井液急性毒性实验程序,以中华米虾(C.Dentioulatasiensia)替代糠虾(Myaidopseis)对大庆油田钻井液进行急性毒性实验,分别统计钻井液48h和96h对中华米虾的半数致死浓度值及95%可信度范围,采用美国糠虾毒性标准评价,结果表明,废钻井液、聚合物体系钻井液和三钾聚合物体系钻井液属于实际无毒水平.The experimental procedure recommended in API standard was adopted and Den-tioulata siensia instead of Mysidopslse bahia was used as experimental material to carry on acute toxicity test with drilling fluid in Daqing Oil Field.The LC50 values and the concentration values range of 95% confidence level of the drilling fluid for Dentioulata sienia in 48 hr. and 96 hr.were respectively calculated.The classification standard of American bran - shrimp test method had been adopted to evaluate drilling fluid toxicity.The result showed that the toxicity concentrations of those three kinds of drilling fluid : waste, polyme.r system and 3 - k polymer in Daqing Oil Field were all ranged with nonpoisonous scope.
