大众化教育背景下的精英化管理

摘　　要：中国高等教育飞速发展,已完成了从"精英教育阶段"到"大众化教育阶段"的跨越。但是,我们的高等教育仅仅是从量上达到了大众化教育阶段,从质的指标来衡量,则不能够完全说已经实现了教育大众化,必须重新审视教育的大众化,将精英化教育阶段的管理方法运用到当前的教育模式中,以提高高等教育的质量。The rapid development of China higher education have been transformed from the＂elite education＂to ＂mass education＂,However,Our higher education is only achieved from the quantitative stage of popular education,but we have not achieved the mass education from the perspective of qualitative indicators,we must reexam-ine the education affordable to the public,applying the management method of elite education to the current mode of education,to improve the quality of higher education.
